Lady Indian Soccer

2012  The Lady Indian Soccer team finished our 2d year with a 1-9 record.  Yes, we got our first victory over Muncie South 3-2 and were competitive in several others, capping the season with 2-1 loss to Whitko in the sectional, who had beat us 4-0 earlier in the year.  We scored 8 goals on the season, and I was fortunate enough to score 6 of them .

2013  The Lady Indian Soccer team  had a great season. Bad news first, due to a paperwork issue from our administration, we had to forfeit our first 5 games, but thats the last time you'll here me say "forfeit" !  Our program up until this season was 1-21, but we "unofficially" ended the season 6-3-3.  We were moved into the "upper" class for the tournament this year, we lost 4-1 to Western in the sectional.  We were well balanced this year with 5 girls scoring 5 or more goals.  I tied Nicole with the team lead of 9.  Probably the highlight of the season was beating Oak Hill 3-1, they beat us 13-0 last year and tieing Eastbrook 3-3 on Senior Night, they beat us 5-1 last year and it was pretty obvious they thought it was going to be easy this year also :)  We lose 3 great players this year, but we have plenty coming back for next year, so the future looks bright for Ole Miss soccer !!!!!  I am playing Indiana Lightning 18U this spring/summer, anxious to play for Jorge Berry !

2014  Its with heavy heart that I have chosen not to play soccer this year.  Fatigue has been an issue all year and for last couple years I have had some problems with my feet, callouses , blisters etc.  I have been seeing Dr McDonald in Marion about it and have been using orthodics and while they have been helping, it hasnt cured the issue and upon Dr McDonalds recommendation and after talking to my parents and some of my coaches, Im going to give it a break.  Thank you Coach Carroll for understanding and I know Lady Indian soccer is going to get stronger and stronger.
